I read one article on “ YogaJOURNAL BEGINNER’S GUIDE”. The article tells us 38 benefits of doing yoga.
It was interesting for me to explain not only mental aspect but also from anatomical aspect.
“ If you build strength through yoga, you balance it with flexibility. “
In other words, if you only lifted weights for building strength, you might build it at the expense of flexibility.
If you have taken a yoga class at least once, you might have noticed that you can’t do a beautiful pose just with strength.
I often tell my students, yoga improves your strength, balance, and flexibility.
That is true.
