Last weekend, I held a park yoga class at Kinuta park. It was great time. We got a lot of energy from nature!
Doing yoga in nature is different from doing yoga in the studio. In a good way, you will be able to feel a lot of stimulation to the five senses.
I could get a more direct sense of the ground. It was like a natural massage machine 🙂
In nature, there is no limit like walls or ceilings. That’s why you can stretch more comfortably than usual.
I would like to hold park yoga class again next spring! I hope to do yoga in the cherry blossoms with everyone♡
