This fun and simple course is taught by Lindsey And Megumi who are both yoga teachers in Tokyo Japan. Both teachers are bilingual and have extensive experience of teaching many people from various countries from around the world in their classes. We feel their lives are extremely enriched by teaching yoga bilingually and by the friendships and communities they have built around this.

This course is designed to teach you how to teach bilingual yoga, and also be confident to take a class in a language that is not your own. Please go at your own pace and enjoy these classes. Lindsey and Megumi would love you to know that they sometimes make language mistakes in their own classes and no students have complained yet, it’s really not important to be perfect at all, it’s just important to make progress little by little.
