Megumi Yoga presents Sunset yoga at Kinuta park!! This class is for all-levels. Gentle yoga practice will relieve your tension from your body and calm your mind. This is a good opportunity to take care of yourself at the end of the day. ??

A breakdown of the event :

17:55 Gather at the main gate of Kinuta park. Kinuta park is located in Setagaya. About 10 minutes on foot from Yoga station. 18:00-19:00 Do yoga on the grass!

Joining fee : 1000yen

Notes : – This yoga class is for all levels. Inexperienced people, beginners and of course men can also participate! – Please come in clothes that are easy to move in. – Please bring any yoga mats and picnic sheets to use in the class. – The event will be canceled if it is raining.

18:00-19:00 芝生エリアでヨガタイム

備考： – 砧公園の正門の緑の看板のところでお待ちしています。311号環状八号線の「用賀中学校」の交差点のところです。 – このヨガクラスはどんなレベルの方もご参加いただけます。未経験の方、初心者さん、もちろん男性も大歓迎です:) – 動きやすい服装でお越しください。 – ヨガマットやレジャーシートなど地面に敷けるものをお持ちください。 – 雨天の場合は中止です。
