Sunrise Yoga in English

Hi! I’m Megumi.
I’m gonna start a new class on meet-up in 2021.

In this class, we will do some gentle stretching, yoga poses and sun salutation, which is a common sequence all over the world.
It’s good to boost your energy and also calm your mind, like doing meditation, repeating the same poses a few times.

Joining this class would be your new healthy habit on weekends!

The instruction will be in English.
I’m not native English speaker but I will do my best!
